Processing Time
- All badge buddies and charms are custom-made to order.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Please double-check your personalization details — once your order is in production, it cannot be changed.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Shipping method: USPS First Class or USPS Priority, depending on weight and speed.
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days after processing.
- Flat-rate shipping: $6 depending on the item and service chosen.
- Tracking: Yes, tracking information will be provided via email.
International Shipping
We currently ship to: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and Germany.
